DTF Done Right

Description

DTF Done Right – Achieve the Best Results for DTF Printing

Not all artworks are created equal, and to get the best results for DTF printing, different artwork styles require specific print settings. Many DTF printers apply the same settings across all designs on a gang sheet, but this one size fits all approach often leads to poor results with White edges showing, inconsistent colours, or prints that feel too thick and plasticky.

With our DTF Done Right service, we optimise print settings based on the type of artwork, ensuring professional quality transfers with vibrant colors, soft finishes, and crisp details. Whether you’re printing fine lines, bold graphics, or halftones, we tailor each gang sheet for flawless application on apparel.

Why Choose DTF Done Right?

  • Tailored Print Settings – Each gang sheet is printed using optimised settings for different artwork styles, preventing common issues like unchoked white underbases, awfull halftones, or heavy plastic feeling prints.
  • Vibrant Colors & Soft Prints – We fine tune ink laydown and curing processes to ensure a natural, non-plasticky feel while maintaining colour accuracy.
  • Custom Gang Sheet Options – Choose from different print settings depending on your artwork’s needs, so your designs come out exactly as intended.
  • Expert Quality Control – Every sheet undergoes rigorous checking before shipment, ensuring consistency and professional grade transfers.

How to Achieve the Best Results for DTF Printing

When preparing artwork for DTF transfers, it's essential to consider factors like transparencies, gradients, and underbase settings. For optimal results, follow these best practices:

Use Vector or High-Resolution Files – Ensure clean, sharp details by working with 300 DPI PNGs or vector formats like AI, EPS, or SVG.
Check Transparency & Knockouts – Avoid hidden white pixels that can affect the final print quality. Let us check your artworks before you buy by using our DTF artwork checking service.
Prepare Halftones for Gradients & Shadows – Use halftoning techniques to create smooth fades and avoid awfull jagged white ink areas. If you need help you can always use our DTF halftone service.
Separate Different Art Styles – Group artwork with similar settings onto the same gang sheet to prevent mixed quality results.

With DTF Done Right, you get industry leading expertise ensuring your prints turn out exactly as you envision. Stop wasting time and material, choose the smarter way to print your designs today!
